This site is a labor of love. Having traveled the United States since 1995 and become active participants in the National Park Passport program run by Eastern National, we have fallen in love with everything our nation has to offer. Splendor, wonder, courage and faith, these words only scratch the surface of what can be found being preserved in our national parks. Great events that everyone down to a small school child knows of, and unheard of people and moments that even a history major may not know. And then, there is the quest for more and more passport stamps!

Our National Parks are a treasure trove. Whether you are a history buff or an amateur, an outdoor enthusiast or a day-hiker, or if you like to hop-scotch around and see as many places in as short a time as possible, it is our hope that you, too, will catch the fever. We want this site to be your travel guide, a learning tool, a place one can come to be inspired by the exploits of those who helped build this nation, and much, much more.
